What is CBD?

Cannabidiol, or CBD for short, is a naturally occurring chemical constituent of the hemp and cannabis plant genus. It is one of the major cannabinoids found in hemp and the cannabis plants. In contrast to THC found in marajuana, CBD is a non-psychoactive and directly affects the human endocannabinoid system.

Unlike other natural remedies that seem to be hit or miss, there’s more to CBD than meets the eye, and the research is starting to come in. It all boils down to something inside each of us, something well-researched and proven by science: the endocannabinoid system.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and vary based on order size and region.

Is CBD legal to ship?

Yes, CBD that contains less than 0.3% THC is legal to ship in the USA. In the case of some state-by-state restrictions, we will not allow checkout if your state does not allow the shipping of CBD products.

I need to change my shipping address!

If you put your address incorrectly when placing an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. In most cases, if done within 24 hours, we can fix the shipping address as needed. In the event that the product has already been shipped, our support team will work with you as needed to remedy the situation.

How can I return my product?

To start the return process, please contact our support team and a member will assist you step by step.

How long do I have until I can return my product?

Our return policy lasts 30 days, if more than 30 days have passed since the product has been delivered, it is not eligible for a return.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy where the product must be in unused and unopened condition. In the event the product was defective upon arrival, our support team will work with you to remedy the situation.
