Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept any returns at this time.  If the problem was on the manufacturer side, we will contact them on your behalf, to hopefully replace your product as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return or replacement from the manufacturer, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


In the rare event, the products purchased are not received, We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after confirmation that the package is being returned to us.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
